Once your goods have been cleared, we will send you an email containing a notice of release. Due to strict timelines regarding cargo clearance, a Customs release report will be generated the same day. Australia Post will receive the information early the following day. Once Australia Post receives your goods from Customs, they estimate up to seven business days for delivery.
Can I Track My Goods After Customs Clearance?
Once Australia Post receives notification of clearance of your consignment your goods will be scheduled for delivery within seven days. The international tracking status may not change for up to four days and is highly dependant on the type of delivery service chosen, i.e. express packages are prioritised over parcel postage. Your goods will register as ‘Held in Customs’ until departure from the Australia Post bond.
Missing or Delayed Parcels.
If your parcel is not delivered in the specified time frame, please call Australia Post on 13 13 18. Provide your tracking number or tracking ID in order to receive support and obtain information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
